Responsibilities: |
Responsible for meeting mktg research and mktg info needs of assigned brands to help achieve growth & profit objectrives and contributes to foundation for long-term mktg plans. Provides leadership in the acquisition, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of consumer and market info and in best use of research techniques to optimize Mkt Research's value. Solicits and provides feedback to ensure team alignment.Provides mktg research leadership, coordination and integration for all established & development activities on assigned brands; consultation and thought leadership to Brand Mgmt and other functional areas on identification of business opprtunities; leads and facilitates consensus of brand team members on Consumer Insights & Strategy issues; Leadership in improving the productivity and impact of mktg research tools, methods and processes; assists Manager in meeting the overall mktg research & info needs of category. |

Experience: |
Minimum 3-6 years of exp in mktg research. CPG exp with manufacturer, research supplier, retailer. Experienced in syndicated and survey research with an ability to integrate and assimilate consumer info with other data to provide a brand business perspective and brand/category recommendations. Strong analytic skills. Demonstrated ability to be an effective contributor in a cross-functional team environment. Comfort ininfluence situations with senior level of Category and CIS Mgmt. |
