Responsibilities: |
The SR Brand Manager New Product Development is responsible for the development of the innovation pipeline across several key brands.This will include the strategic development of new products for several flagship business units.This will include-
- leading cross functional and consulting team resources to develop new products that will drive topline growth for the company
- contribute as a key member of overall brand team
- identify new product and line extension opportunities ,directing R&D activities in new product development and testing as well as developing new business marketing plans
- partner with Marketing Research to developed a thorough understanding of consumer ,translating behavior,and need into key insights to support pipeline direction
developed profit and market share objectives and business propositions for all initiatives
