Responsibilities: |
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the product management team and the company's business development initiatives as it seeks to rapidly expand the adoption of its award winning framework products across multiple markets and applications.
Responsibilities
-
Direct the product management staff in the creation of product roadmaps, requirement documents and new product introduction materials.

In conjunction with sales, develop business cases, pricing and channel strategies for product lines.

Develop and drive strategic business growth through the identification and analysis of new market opportunities and technologies, competitor intelligence and acquisitions.

Create and update business plans to guide the company's strategic investment in new and existing markets.
-
Identify and develop early adopters for company's technology and products in strategic markets.
-
Support the President in leading the STRAP (Strategic Annual Plan) process.
-
Manage the staffing, performance management, goal alignment, salary administration, career planning, employee development, and training of the department.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's from an accredited university;

MBA preferred.

Minimum of 15 years total experience in strategic marketing, product management, business development and sales with software products and services

Technical experience with Java-based software applications

A working knowledge of the Automation and Controls market
