Responsibilities: |
This is a home based position that can be based in any major city in Texas. In this position you will sell and promote a full line of bar-b-que grills, fire pits, patio heaters, patio furniture and grill accessories to independent retail dealers and regional chains in Texas. Position will manage current dealers as well as recruiting new dealers in Texas.
In this position you will be responsible for a sales quota, managing a territory of both traditional and non-traditional dealers. You will schedule calls from your own home office, sell in product, develop sales programs, do training, develop pricing, handle account issues, report on market conditions and do forecasting. Extensive territory travel required. |

Experience: |
We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years outside sales experience growing product sales in a defined sales territory. You must be able to work independently, have good time management skills, have good computer skills and have demonstrated success in past outside sales positions. Looking for a background in consumer durables lines such as consumer electronics, home appliances, hardware, law & garden etc. MUST have outside retail sales background. |

This position is for the aggressive self starter who wants to get paid on performance. Position pays a competitive base salary and includes a 60% bonus program based on quota achievement and new business development (new accounts). Bonus is part bonus and part commission. |
