Position Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Sales Planning (SSPM) works with the Brand Marketing Teams and the Channel Teams in managing Segment specific strategies and tactics. The SSPM will serve as the primary point of contact for the channel teams and will serve as the liaison between the Brand Marketing team and the Channel teams for assigned brands/segments. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): forecasting, trade funds management, promotional planning and execution, 4P target setting and execution as well supporting new item strategy and execution. The SSPM will support the efforts of the Brand Teams and the Channel Teams by facilitating the linkage between customer and brand strategies. The SSPM will manage and guide segment capabilities and resources to gain alignment and achievement of segment profit, margin, revenue and share targets. Must have analytical capabilities, communication skills, leadership and problem solving.

    Position Experience: 5-7 years of business experience in sales, marketing or related functions "
  • Proficient in Ac Nielsen, Price and Promotion , and Assortman tools
  • Ability to attain/retain knowledge of company products, sales and marketing procedures and policies
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Experience with syndicated data (i.e., Nielson, IRI, etc.) is a must
  • Must be accurate and attentive to detail " Must have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate with others.
