Job Description
" Drive market, customer, and shopper research that generates strategic insights to help differentiate and grow each of our brands. As part of this effort, this position will provide day-to-day management, direction, coordination and feedback to 3rd party research companies and internal research efforts focused on these brands.
" Create regularly updated brand dashboard that shows awareness, perception, and performance for each of our brands.
" Analyze market shifts, competitive position, marketing messaging, acquisition and offer effectiveness for each brand.
" Create strategy and recommendations for growing each brand. Summarize and synthesize market, customer, competitor and shopper trends and research into regularly updated executive briefs and full presentations.
" Lead market, consumer, customer, and shopper research that generates strategic insights to help differentiate and grow all four brands.
" Lead brand, plan, and packaging research to ensure offers and advertising that generate strong consumer demand
" Generate competitor analysis of handsets, plans, messaging, and overall positioning
" Develop Hispanic market research and insights to help us fully leverage this opportunity
" Develop partnerships with key retail accounts to provide short-term and long-term recommendations that will provide substantial lift to sales.
" In addition, the position will drive focus group research and quantitative research as part of our current work with over 20 different research partner companies

" Bachelors Degree from a reputable school
" 10 years of relevant marketing, research and analysis, brand management, advertising, strategy, and/or business development experience.
" Strategic thinking, marketing knowledge, analytical ability, well organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time, work well under tight deadlines
