Responsibilities: |
In this newly created opportunity, you will have primary responsibility for developing, managing and implementing marketing strategies for Sani ProfessionalProducts Group to drive this fast growing business entity. This role assumes brand stewardship for product, packaging and sales promotional activity. With a high-touch emphasis, it is a hands-on role where you will provide support to the Regional Sales Managers and be directly involved with shared services team members and agency partners. Your main goal will be to deliver a robust and sustainable business plan that includes new product development, market test implementation, and an integrated communication program (sales communication, website management, public relations).
Opportunities to Shine:
" Develop and implement a 2-year innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization to generate significant and sustainable incremental sales.
" Lead the marketing message effectiveness of all marketing communication with specific emphasis on sales communication, website management and public relations.
" Execute a proprietary testing program to drive new customer acquisition and/or grow existing customer base with an expanded portfolio. |

Active involvement in new product development processes from concept inception through commercialization on a variety of projects
" Management of a broad spectrum of sales and marketing tools (sales communication, POS/merchandising development, promotions, pricing, research, website, public relations, advertising/copy development, media).
" Experience in Foodservice, Healthcare or similar industries preferred
" Packaging and Promotional Display experience preferred
" Understanding of Regulatory Affairs (FDA, CDC, EPA, etc) preferred |
